About Karin Ekman

Karin's research is about using digital air pollution monitors in Citizen Science and in Environmental Education.
Karin has been a PhD student in Applied Information Technology with a specialization in Educational Science at the Department of Applied IT since September 2016.
Karin is admitted to the graduate school in Educational Sciences at the Center for Education Science and Teacher Research (CUL).
The principal supervisor is Alexandra Weilenmann, professor at the Department of Applied IT, and co-supervisors are Johan Lundin, professor at the Department of Applied IT, and Thomas Hillman, associate professor at the Department of Education, Communication and Learning.
